아이패드 안켜질때 이렇게 해보세요 애플본사에서 안내받은 해결방법 모두 정리!

안녕하세요~ 저는 얼마 전에 아이패드가 갑자기 안켜져서 아이패드 리퍼를 받았습니다.
2020년 2월에 구입 후 얼마되지 않아 지난달 7월, 애플 공식 수리 센터에서 리퍼를 받았는데요.
제 아이패드 고장 기록은 다음과 같습니다.

2020년 7월 9일 - 85% 로 충전 완료
7월 10일 - 아이패드 오전 중 사용하려고 봤더니 켜지지 않음
7월 10일 - 애플 고객센터 문의 : 아이패드 안켜짐 / 아이패드 먹통
7월 10일 - 아이패드 먹통 시 해결방안이 제대로 작동하지 않자 곧장 애플 수리센터로 감
7월 10일 - 애플 한국 본사로 보냄 (제가 사는 곳은 서울이 아닙니다.)
7월 15일 - 애플 공식 수리 센터에서 연락온 후 공식 수리센터 방문
7월 15일 - 리퍼 제품 수령

우선 <애플 고객센터로 문의했을 때 제가 안내받은 아이패드가 켜지지 않을 때 아이패드 작동법> 은 다음과 같습니다.

전제 조건 * 아이패드 작동 시 기기 화면 터치 / 알람 등 소리도 아예 나지 않고 화면만 안보이는 것이 아닌,
아이패드 전체가 아예 먹통이 되어 벽돌이 되었다고 느껴질 때 쓰는 방법입니다.

1. 우선 그 전날 충전이 완전히 되지 않았는지 파악하기 - 완전히 되지 않았다면, 충전기를 1시간 이상 꼽고 완충해본다.
이때, 충전기는 정품 충전기여야 함.
-> 화면에 배터리 표시와 충전케이블 표시가 없다면, 작동하지 않는 것임. 다른 방법으로 넘어간다.
사실 충전은 1시간 이상이라고 하지만 1시간 이상 하지 않아도 정상 아이패드라면 작동할 것입니다.

2. 충전기 고장일 수도 있으니 다른 케이블을 사용하여 충전해본다. 혹은 다른 충전기를 이용해 충전해본다. 충전은 1시간 이상
-> 화면에 배터리 표시와 충전케이블 표시가 없다면, 작동하지 않는 것임. 다음 방법으로 넘어간다.

3. 아이패드 홈버튼과 전원 버튼을 동시에 눌러 본다. (강제 재시동)
-> 화면에 애플 로고가 보이며 켜지지 않는다면, 작동하지 않는 것임. 다음 방법으로 넘어간다.

4. 음량 버튼을 10초간 누른 후 홈버튼을 10초간 누른다. (구글링으로 얻어낸 방법) (공식 수리센터 답변 아님)
-> 이 또한 작동이 안된다면, 공식 수리센터에 가야 할 운명입니다.

저 또한 이 네 가지 방법을 시도해본 후 전혀 아이패드가 움직이지 않았기에 곧바로 아이패드 공식 수리 센터에 갔고,
아이패드 공식 수리 센터 안내는 애플 고객센터 연락 시 고객센터에서 예약을 잡아주기도 하거나 본인이 예약을 잡고 가는 방법이 있습니다.
예약을 잡지 않아도 곧장 가도 될 때가 많으니 꼭 먼저 연락하고 곧바로 확인을 받을 수 있는지 물어보시고 방문하세요.
또한 애플 공식 수리 센터는 검색창에 ‘애플 공식 수리센터’ 라고 검색하시면 본인이 사는 지역에서 가장 가까운 수리센터 순으로 볼 수 있을 겁니다.

다음부터는 애플 공식 수리 센터에서 있었던 일입니다.

애플 공식 수리 센터에 전화 후 방문, 굉장히 친절하셨습니다.
우선 몇 가지 작성 후 (수리 동의서 같은 것) 바로 수리를 맡겼고, 수리 중에는 애플 공식 서비스 센터에 있는 패드 기기로
제 애플 아이디에 로그인 하거나 하는 것들을 해야 합니다. (나의 아이폰 찾기 등등도 해보심)

그러므로 공식 수리점 방문 시에는 본인의 애플 아이디 / 본인의 애플 비밀번호를 반드시 알고 가야 합니다!!!

그리고 곧바로 기사님께서는 한 10분간 아이패드를 확인해보시고 자리로 돌아오셔서
“정말 작동이 안되네요. 본사로 보내야할 것 같습니다. 동의서 작성 해주세요” 와 같은 청천벽력과 같은 소리를 해 주십니다...
여기서 잠깐. 아이패드 수리비는 얼마정도 나올까요?

아이패드 애플케어를 들지 않았는데 아이패드를 구매한지 1년이 되지 않았을 경우 : 무상 수리
아이패드 애플케어를 들지 않았는데 아이패드를 구매한지 1년이 넘었을 경우 : 유상 수리
아이패드 애플케어를 들었는데 아이패드를 구매한지 2년이 되지 않았을 경우 : 무상 수리

뭐 이런 정도로 요약해볼 수 있겠죠....? 자세한 점은 공식 수리 센터에 가셔서 문의 해봐야 합니다.

그래서 저는 무상 수리로 받을 수 있었고 아이패드는 한 번 고장나면 어마어마한 수리비가 들기 때문에 한숨을 돌렸다는 이야기입니다.
특히 아이패드를 본사로 보내야 하는 이유는, 공식 수리점에서 아이패드는 직접 분해해 무엇이 문제인지 볼 수 없게 되어있기 때문입니다.
법규 상 공식 수리점에서조차 아이패드는 분리가 불가능하게 되어 있기 때문에, 반드시 본사로 보내는 과정을 보내야 한다고 합니다. (기사님께서 말씀해 주셨습니다.)
아이폰은 분해가 가능하나, 아이패드는 불가능하게 되어있다 하네요.

저는 금요일에 수리 센터를 방문했기에, 원래 리퍼 후 수령 기간인 2-3 일을 한참 지나고 아이패드를 수령할 수 있었습니다.
공식 수리센터 오픈 하자마자 전화를 하셨는지 굉장히 빨리 전화가 왔고, 바로 방문해 수령할 수 있었습니다.

동의서를 작성하고, 리퍼 제품을 수령한 후 리퍼 제품에 문제가 있는지 없는지 확인하는 과정을 거칩니다.
잔기스는 없는지, 제대로 작동하는지 여부 등등을 파악하고, 박스는 주지 않으며 그냥 아이패드 본체 하나만 주십니다.

리퍼 후 8월 1일 지금까지 문제 없이 작동하고 있으며, 잘 사용중입니다.
아이패드 켜지지 않을 때나 아이패드 먹통이 되었을 때 부디 이 방법이 도움이 되셨으면 좋겠습니다.

First of all, <How to operate the iPad when the iPad does not turn on when I contacted the Apple Customer Center> is as follows.

Prerequisites * When the iPad is operated, the device screen touch / alarm, etc.
This method is used when the entire iPad is completely jammed and feels like a brick.

1. First, find out if the charge was not fully charged the day before-If not, plug in the charger for at least 1 hour and charge it.
At this time, the charger must be a genuine charger.
-> If there is no battery indication and charging cable indication on the screen, it does not work. Move on to another way.
In fact, charging is said to take more than an hour, but if you do not do it for more than an hour, it will work with a normal iPad.

2. The charger may be broken, so try charging with a different cable. Or try charging with a different charger. Charging is more than 1 hour
-> If there is no battery indication and charging cable indication on the screen, it does not work. Move on to the next method.

3. Press the iPad home button and power button at the same time. (Forced restart)
-> If the Apple logo is visible on the screen and it does not turn on, it does not work. Move on to the next method.

4. Press the volume button for 10 seconds and then the home button for 10 seconds. (Method obtained with Googleling) (Not an official repair center answer)
-> If this also doesn't work, you're destined to go to an official repair center.

I also went to the official iPad repair center right away because the iPad didn't move at all after trying these four methods.
For information on the official iPad repair center, you can make a reservation at the customer center when contacting the Apple customer service center, or you can make a reservation yourself.
There are many times you can go straight without having to make a reservation, so be sure to contact us first and ask if you can get a confirmation right away.
In addition, if you search for'Apple Official Repair Center' in the search box, you will be able to see the nearest repair center in your area.

From then on, it happened at Apple's official repair center.

After calling the Apple official repair center, you were very kind.
First, after filling out a few things (such as a repair agreement), I immediately entrusted the repair, and during the repair, I used a pad device at an Apple official service center.
I need to log in to my Apple ID or do things. (Find my iPhone, etc.)

Therefore, when visiting an official repair shop, you must know your Apple ID / your Apple password!!!

And immediately the driver checked the iPad for about 10 minutes and returned to the seat
“It really doesn't work. I think I should send it to the headquarters. Please fill out the consent form”.
Wait here. How much will the iPad repair cost be?

If you listened to the iPad Apple Care and purchased the iPad for less than 2 years: Free repair

What can be summed up like this, right?...? For details, you should go to an official repair center and ask.

So I was able to get it free of charge, and once the iPad broke down, it would cost a huge repair fee, so I took a sigh.
Particularly, the reason for sending the iPad to the headquarters is that the iPad is disassembled by an official repair shop so that you cannot see what is wrong with it.
According to the law, the iPad cannot be removed even at an official repair shop, so it must be sent to the head office. (The article said.)
The iPhone can be disassembled, but the iPad is not.

I visited the repair center on Friday, so I was able to pick up my iPad long after the original refurbished pick-up period, 2-3 days.
As soon as the official repair center was opened, the call came very quickly, so I was able to visit and pick it up.

After completing the consent form, receiving the Ripper product, we go through the process of checking if there are any problems with the Ripper product.
It checks if there is no residue, whether it is working properly, etc. It does not give a box, but just one iPad body.

After the ripper on August 1st, it has been working without problems and is being used well.
